Design And Build

J Dalby & Son Ltd can design and build projects from planning stage through to completion, we project manage the contracts as an easy option for the customer so there is only one point of contact. We cut out the hassle having to deal with engineers, draughtsman, architects, quantity surveyors, builders etc and we also deal directly with planning and building authorities on behalf of the client.

The design and build element of our work is optional and up to the client if they want this method, we can also just act as main contractor or sub-contractor to an existing contractor. We use a good team of companies who we have worked with for many years to prepare structural calculations, design work and drawings.
